What you get with the Shopify Tweaks tier
A finished batch of 8–12 Shopify improvements, shipped every month.
1. Theme adjustments
Typography, spacing, sticky-header behavior, and mobile breakpoints all get tightened against the actual buyer flow on the store. We do not relaunch the theme — we ship the small, compounding tweaks the existing theme is missing, in the same shape every month.
2. Conversion-rate fixes
Above-the-fold proof, social proof blocks, sticky add-to-cart, and urgency cues that are actually defensible against the offer. Nothing bolted on for the sake of moving a metric; every change ties back to a real buyer hesitation the page has not yet answered.
3. Product-page polish
Alt text rebuilt for the actual product shots, gallery architecture consolidated to a single scannable grid, metafields filled in for variants, and the JSON-LD that productSchema needs cleaned up so Google reads the page the way the buyer reads it.
4. Checkout-flow cleanup
One-page checkout where the buyer traffic supports it, autofill tuned for the actual address fields, trust seals moved to where the eye lands on the shipping step, and shipping disclosure rewritten to clear the questions buyers actually ask in cart.
5. Performance / Lighthouse microchanges
Largest-contentful-paint shifts off the hero image, render-blocking on the theme shipping in chunks, and the small Lighthouse wins that compound into the next quarter’s mobile ranking. We snapshot the score before and after, every month.
6. One monthly product-page A/B test
A single product-page variant test designed, shipped, and read against last month’s result. Not a quarterly test program — one test, one read, one decision. The variant is on the same page by the time the next monthly cycle starts.
7. One-page tweak ledger report, monthly
The same artifact every buyer receives: this month’s tweaks, the before / after, the quiz of the prior month’s product-page A/B test, and the Lighthouse delta. One chart per pillar, one number per row, one paragraph of plain English.

Who the Shopify Tweaks tier is for.
If your store is brand new, this is not the right tier — the tweaks do not have a live theme to read against. If you are already past $20k/mo, with one in-house operator running the store and a backlog of small fixes the agency quote did not cover, this is the fit.

What’s not included
Pretty much everything outside the tweak month.
The scope is flat on purpose. If a store needs a full theme rebuild or a custom app, they need a different engagement — not a wider version of this one. The exclusions below are explicit.
- No full redesign or theme migration
- No custom app or theme app development
- No ad-driven CRO work outside Shopify
- No multi-currency / international storefront rebuilds
- No Klaviyo / email-platform rebuilds beyond a single flow
Pricing
Flat $1,190/mo. The tweak month is the same number every month.
Theme apps and email-platform fees pass through at cost — the fee covers the tweak artifact, not the tooling. Cancel before the next renewal; no exit clause, no hand-off period.
Checkout is wired but payments are not yet enabled at the operator level — the buy button posts to /api/checkout today and will live-fire the moment Stripe billing is turned on.
